From the issues of national policy, programs of the candidates refer to very specific concerns. They are mostly in front of new devices to support employment, the strengthening of the youth training and deployment of new bonds TGV.
TGV and LGV

Apart from those which are already equipped - and again! -regions where the question of the TGV is absent from the meetings are rare. In Midi-Pyrénées, no head of the list not to venture to challenge the future Paris-Toulouse line, which should enter into service in 2020. Quite the contrary. In Auvergne, the LGV doubling the line Paris-Lyon by West, listed in the Act, the Grenelle of the environment, is expected to the right as on the left with the same requirement. The consensus is also strict in Haute-Normandie: two main list (PS and UMP - NC) heads argue for an LGV Paris - Rouen - Le Havre and their top-Normans counterparts in clamoring to cor extension to Caen. In the Centre, Hervé Novelli (UMP-new Centre) promotes the realization of a TGV Grand Centre. Lorraine region already served, this rail debate focuses on the opportunity to create a second TGV East station. Jean-Pierre Masseret, incumbent (PS), defending his establishment at Vandières (Meurthe-et-Moselle), while Laurent Hénard, his challenger UMP, is partisan, him, a new "median" railway between Nancy and Metz. PACA, the opening up of Nice, via the LGV project on a Genoa-Barcelona axis, animates the campaign. In Aquitaine, the PS Alain Rousset, candidate for his succession, and Xavier Darcos (UMP) are on the same line: the LGV between Bordeaux and the Spain figure prominently in their program. In contrast, Europe ecology is completely hostile and does not deprive let know.
Employment
From North to South, from East to West, the employment support returns as a leitmotif in the countryside, often with quantified objective force. In the Centre, François Bonneau, outgoing President and head of the PS - MRG list, promised the creation of 10,000 non-harder to outsource overseas jobs on call for projects. In Poitou-Charentes, the UMP Dominique Bussereau is committed to create 30,000 jobs in the region by 2014 the investment of the State, region and other communities. In Corsica, Emile Zuccarelli (PRG) is 4,000 green jobs in the protection of the environment. In Aquitaine, the Europe Ecologie list extols its "ecological conversion contracts", creators of 50,000 jobs. Cécile Duflot, who takes from the Ile-de-France, announces "170,000 sustainable and not harder to outsource overseas jobs" created "in the early years" by the ecological transition.
Formation
Inseparable from the issue of employment, the development of new training devices, compulsory jurisdiction of the regions, is often in the programs. In Languedoc-Roussillon, the outgoing President, Georges Frêche (various left), proposes, inter alia, to establish an "individual right to training for young people" without qualification Raymond Couderc, rival UMP, spoke to implement three assisted contracts: "for the first job, for a new job in a conversion and finally a contract business relay to transmit its experience". In Brittany, Jean-Yves Le Drian (PS), who seeks a second Presidency, has built a large part of his campaign on youth. It is committed to help them better engage in active life by training adapted to the less well off.
Agriculture
Crisis of the sector requires, support for agriculture has become a theme of campaign more in more acute in recent weeks. In Champagne-Ardenne, Jean-Luc Warsmann (UMP) and the outgoing Jean-Paul Bachy (KVD) are struggling to capture peasant voters. The first advocates for the farmers in difficulty and the latter has decided to allocate EUR 500 000 to relieve cash flow of young farmers in difficulty, and, in the form of a support interest on subsidized loans. In the Centre, Hervé Novelli (UMP-new Centre) wants to triple aid to the profession. In Midi-Pyrénées, Brigitte Barèges, top UMP-new Centre-MPF-CPNT proposes to replenish reserves in water for agriculture in boosting the Charlas (Haute-Garonne) Dam project. Gérard Onesta (Greens), head of the list Europe ecology, wants to develop organic agriculture and establish eco-conditionality of the aid granted by the Regional Council.
